Adrianne Remmert1Went to get a simple probate document notarized and after waiting on 20 minutes of corporate runaround I walked out because the acoustics in that building are so terrible. Combined with the lighting, it made me feel physically ill. I feel sorry for the folks who work there.

Duane Solem1I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Have you ever been denied for a loan with an 803 credit score we have now from this bank who 19 days later have still not told us why. Avoid Kegan he is not trained in this job at all.

bently rouse1Won’t cash my federal tax return because I don’t have an account and will not open an account for me to deposit it and take it back. They want the money in their bank or no service for me. Terrible treatment of local customer! How is this even legal?

jake shirk1Treated me like I was some kind of criminal for wanting to cash a check instead of depositing it. When I voiced my dismay at their unwillingness to help me with my banking needs the manager said "I'd be happy to close out your account for you". I opened my first savings account here when I got my first job over 20 years ago. . . And my loyalty as a customer was worth exactly Richard.

Lexie Lee1This has got to be the slowest service bank ever..why is the jack shack by my house open yet you can't walk into the bank? Step up the speed its getting ridiculous!

M E2Customer service here is worth 5 stars but thier overdraft policy forces me to bring it down to a 2 stars due to the fact that some people like my grandmother go thru them for their social security disability and are living on a very limited income. That being said there are months where something in life happens unexpectedly and she is forced to either put herself in a very bad situation or overdraft her account. Like for unexpeded copays with a medication she suddenly needs to stay alive or her wheelchair needs repaired ect. So she overdrafts by a little as possible and gets charged a $35 fee. That fee is bad enough but then she always somehow get charged it many times in the 2 to 3 days it takes her to pay it back when one of ua helps her. And even once paid off like clock work she gets charged again and overdraftes AGAIN. Causing her to have ANOTHER FEE. Tho they undo the overdraft for some reason she always still owes the overdraft fee caused by the mistake. And it makes me sick to know she can barely make ends meet due to this vicous cycle.
