  I'm from Pennsylvania, where there are no US Bank branches; I wish that they would open some branches in my sate. My experience has with US Bank is mostly via the internet; however, when I visit friends in Columbus, I have had several occasions to use the services at a "bricks and mortar" US Bank. They have always been so very helpful, knowledgable and extremely friendly that I leave with the thought that if they had locations in my vicinity that I would do all of my banking with them.

  I have been a customer for years and have never had any errors with the mortgage, checking or savings accounts. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

  sitting in the drive thru the parking lot full of cars and was sitting there for more then 45 minutes with 8 cars behind i’m very frustrated deserves no stars at this point

  DRIVE THRU WINDOW IS A SURE 20 MINUTE WAIT. SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER!!!!!! But the People are nice so save yourself the headache and go into the lobby its always faster

  Rude and lazy. Almost everyone that had rose she told them they needed to deposit their check online and wouldn't deposit for them. Lazy and rude she should not be with the public.

  Always fast service, clean and friendly. Easily seen from the road, plenty of parking.

  Poor customer service and very bad account options. Fees for everything and very few ATMs in the area. Many better banks close by!
