  I’ve been a customer for several years, but I think that I may move my accounts to another bank soon. I understand with Covid how there are problems..... but I chose to bank with them because their Scott St. location is convenient for me. It has been closed since summer. Everything is out on Stewart Ave. which is not an option. I’m getting really tired of doing everything online or at ATMs. If they don’t reopen Downtown soon I’ll be switching banks.

  US Bank is a joke, do not bank with them. Customer service is horrible, they lie to you on the phone and then turn you away when you show up. Seem to be always short staffed and don't watch their counters. What happens when you finally have had enough and call them out on it? Instead of fixing the problem, they just turn around and shut down your account. Apparently the customer isnt the first priority with US Bank.

  I saw their sign outside the bank say, “Five Star Service Guaranteed”, so naturally I looked up the reviews on Google and whaddaya know! Five stars.* *disclaimer: I did not enter the building or receive services from this institution. However, since their sign lived up to their expectations in review, it’s safe to surmise that their service would too.

  It getting sad with there always temporary closed and when they are open it slow why are they always temporary closing this one 💔 😔
