Out of all the banks I have dealt with in my life time, and I'm 66 years old. This is the most friendly, and understanding bank I have ever dealt with. Thank you US bank. I do recommend this bank.

Been a loyal customer for years. Went to make a deposit and guess what? They are closed. Indefinitely. Every branch in Marin county. None open. Unable to make deposits in person as I do not have an ATM card. How many elderly people will find themselves here? Until ATM card arrives, all of my bills will have to wait to be paid. Poor, poor, response to the current Corona issue.
