Alejandro Diaz5Rico is amazing, and Leizl is such a great boss. The whole team loves each other, and I really feel the atmosphere and the energy is so so cool. I feel like everyone really enjoys working there, not sure but the vibes are really really cool. Also they helped me really get very good and accurate pricing and also really good information with the bank. I really am going to bank with these guys in the future, and I really enjoyed their service at a point where I’m going to go there again for sure. Thank you so much Leizl and Rico and also thank you for keeping everything straight forward, everything veryPolite and honest and clear. Leizl and Rico, thank you so much for your help, you guys really help me with my needs, especially getting my auto loan and also my credit card and banking stuff situated. I believe I’m going to be banking now with US Bank and moving forward even with future endeavors I will only be using U.S. Bank since of the service that they provided, this is definitely my branch, is definitely the go to spot, and thank you so much guys for all your service today and all week. I appreciate how clean, organized, how good the atmosphere was walking in, the vibes were amazing and everything was so perfect. Thank you so much for helping me out and for giving me useful tips and info when it comes to getting an auto loan! I really really appreciate how I was able to get SUCH A GOOD DEAL. P5Hey all, this U.S. bank branch is pretty good. Tellers are friendly and professional. The bank is clean and well maintained. Parking lot is safe and free of trash. Lines are usually not too bad...but like every bank there can always be that "one customer" who's needs slow the whole thing down. Overall though I recommend this location.😎👍

Mary Borden1I've never been treated with more disrespect than I have by the "team" of bankers and tellers at this location. From the first time I walked in to the multiple calls I've had with them I've been treated, not like a new customer who just opened an acct and should be made to feel comfortable and at home with his bank, but treated like I was at their disposal and that I was an idiot for asking questions or for stating something that the US Bank online bankers had told me. There is so much miscommunication between the online bankers that I opened my account with and the branch bankers who deny that anything the online bankers said was true or factual information. Blows my mind there could be night and day differences between the two. The major difference is, the bankers over the phone are friendly and welcoming, whereas the employees in this branch are ridiculously rude, lacking even the smallest amount of customer service skills. My first time going in here I stood around for 45 min waiting on someone to greet me or let me know someone would be with me and got nothing. And don't get me started on the branch manager. Not only can I not remember her name because she had me so frustrated with her rude, higher than thou, and you're wrong complex, but I don't think I want to know her name now anyway. I'm pulling my deposit from the account I opened and finding somewhere else to bring my school loans, and business income. I've never been treated so disgustingly lower than dirt at any bank I've ever been to. I'd rather go back to chase than to deal with these people further.

Julie Johnson1Worst service I've ever experienced in many years with US Bank. The "acting manager" and tellers were useless and their 800 number didn't even have the right business hours for thie location. I would have dropped my business with US Bank a long time ago if this had been my branch.

Patty Regalado1Walked in and sat down for a long time waiting to open an account. There was rep helping another customer. Tellers inside were busy decorating what appeared to be for a baby shower. No one even bothered to acknowledge me or say someone would be with me shortly. Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism!!
