  The ATM machine didn’t dispense my full withdrawal amount. Phone customer service was rude and when I went in, they couldn’t help me because according to them I was lying. I understand, it was my bad for not printing out a receipt, I never get receipts, (sorry for caring about our planet) I’ve never had an issue with any US Bank ATM and not getting a receipt, until now. It could have been taken care of in a completely different manner, “you don’t have any proof” is ridiculous, the only proof I have is that now I’m short on my rent. Thanks a lot US Bank.

  Hello Cella, I am sorry to hear that you were not treated fairly. It is truly alarming to hear that you were told that "you didn't have proof." I too do not get receipts as that is my choice.   I visited the bank on June 6th, 2014, and turned to the Manager Dino Santos for help with establishing checking account and setting up of on line banking and logging with which I had some difficulty. Mr. Santos was very polite and patient and helped me resolve all my problems and I was more than satisfied with the service I received at that particular branch and that particular manager. Z.   Everyone that works at the US Bank, at; 3560 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego, CA 92104 is very customer service oriented & take exceptional care of every single customer, 5 stars !!!.

  Went in to ask for information on a credit card and Renae (I believe was her name) was rude but luckily Edgar Velasco took over and he was of great help and very polite and nice.

  Carlo Godoy , go to this man if you would like to be treated like you own the branch. Such a good person. Why he is not the branch manager is beyond me.

  They have the worst customer service I have ever received. They racial profile customers. All of the tellers have an attitude. I'm just disgusted.
