      The worst bank which I had to deal ever.My post isn't about this specific location,it's about us bank as a whole. My terrible experience started last year when because of covid pandemic I wasn't able to made some payments and I went on forbearance plan. When I started making payments in November 1st 2021 they put on trial plan for 3 months. After these 3 months should receive it the new agreement.Never happened. Every time when I called at call center and loss mitigation department they were rude,clueless. Last week they canceled my application submitted last year. Now I have to fill again the same application. I submitted 2 times already,someone reviewed and marked as "no needed for processing " but in the same time they require to submit the mortgage application assistance.I called and asked about this problem and nothing. They have no idea.Now even online I'm not able to make the payments because someone removed the pay bottom from the us bank app. I paid online for almost 3 years. So if I can give them -5 stars review that's was. My advice from my experience with them is to stay as far you can from this bank. It's worst than organized crime groups 1st update After I was 3 months on the trial plan,paid on time for another 4 months. Called at call center and loss mitigation department almost every week since January.Never got an answer what's going on with my application until now. Now I'm sure this isn't incompetence it's us bank way to take people houses. I have friends who went through the same situation with another banks in 2008 during the financial crisis. They lost their houses after they paid for it more than 15 years How my application was incomplete when I qualified for the trial plan?Why nobody said anything for 7 months In the second picture everyone can see how my new application looks They asked me to upload again the mortgage assistance application which I uploaded second time on 04/05/2022. On 04/06/2022 they marked as no needed for processing and in the same time I'm required to upload it. Now I'm looking for a lawyer to sue the bank

      Convenient location inside of Albertsons. Wish it was inside of Fry's instead. I only do transactions through the ATM so I can't speak to the customer service aspect.

      Service is out standing. Everyone is very helpful and thoughtful. New to this location and was worried about the service after reading some of the reviews. Needless to say the reviews that were so negative were wrong. I was there at a very busy time of the day. Thank you all for making the move to this branch easy.

      I moved to Litchfield Park from Washington State a couple months ago. I went into this branch location and spoke to the branch manager Alicia Johnson. I specifically went in there to change my address from the Seattle address to my new Litchfield Park address. Mrs Johnson failed to put the information into the computer. And my address was never changed. Apparently US Bank was switching to the chip reader debit cards and sent me out a new card. This car never reached my Arizona address because Miss Johnson never changed it. So it went to the Seattle address in my existing card was cancelled without any notifications. This put a hold on my businesses and my money transactions and I lost money as a result of this. I contacted Mrs Johnson at this branch to ask her what was going on. She admitted she dropped the ball on my address change. So I requested to speak to her manager. Instead of her manager contacting me I received a letter in the mail stating that my account was going to be closed on April 24th. These people have no accountability no professionalism and no integrity. I'm a disabled veteran and my money for my disability compensation gets put into this count. I highly recommend taking your money elsewhere. These people at US Bank specifically Litchfield Park location inside of Safeway feel that they can do whatever they want with your money.

      Terrible bank no customer service will double charge you for single transaction leaving you broke then 3 days later its there
