Kiara Rias1This bank has horrible customer service and the drive thru is extremely slow, needs more staffing and/or better staffing. It’s absolutely ridiculous for the drive thru line to take an hour and 15 minutes to take care of 3 cars in front of me. As i sit in this line past an hour, definitely my last time coming here.

Hillary Kaitlyn1Do everything you can to avoid this branch. I’ve been in the drive thru line for an hour, at 830 am on a Wednesday, and I still have two people in front of me. Hire more people if you can’t keep up with demand this is crazy.

Lety P1Never had a bad experience until today. Tried to contact the branch manager Ms. Boston, to speak about my business account. She was very short with me not helpful at all. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. Horrible customer service.

Ivan Martinez1People need to know how to do their job in here. If i say i come in for a coin order for *persons name* they should automatically know the order. Tanisha was asking way to many question saying there was no coin order made. Thank god this isn’t my bank

Eric Deshazer1Everytime go to this bank to deposit coins it’s something wrong with the machine or the coin counter shut down at 4pm. They are killing me. I have a vending company 85% of my revenue is coins.
