  Closed my US Bank account after lack of service from this branch. They're never open and no one answers the phone number posted on the door. I'm sure there will be the typical copy & pasted "response" from the company.

  Never open. Credit union in town is always open. May as well just close this location down.

  Terrible currently sitting in line in the drive thru for 30 min and have yet to move, must frustrating part the walk in bank still isn’t open for some reason saw 3 people standing in there but nobody would come to the door to say anything to me.

  This bank will use any excuse to charge or fee accounts. Honestly horrible bankers (tellers are usually nice) that sit nicely in front of you while they are useless in regards to removing fees that do not belong. Multiple people, including myself, ended their time with usbank having to pay $100+ just to close accounts. That charge only after weeks of trying to simply not bank with this aweful establishment. Would recommend this bank to sabotage someone possibly. DO NOT USE UNLESS ITS LITTERALLY THE ONLY BANK WITHIN 400 MILES OF YOU. In cloquet also try: Wells Fargo, Members Cooperative Credit Union, Northwoods Credit Union
