  The worst experience ever. Took over 1.5 hours to open an account and then it still didn't work for online banking. Jessica (branch manager) tried to up-sell me on everything, new mortgage, HELOC, ext... She was completely unprofessional and could not set up a NEW ACCOUNT! Blamed the slow computer that she said is scheduled to get fixed within 6 months to a year....!!! So they allow this type of ignorance to continue, and slow computers to piss off their customers... Run, don't walk, from doing any banking with this terrible bank. Follow up... I tried to call US Bank at the 800 number given... Had to go through 4 telephone trees and 12 minute hold time to talk to someone as requested by them... Then I got disconnected before speaking with anyone.... Great Customer service!!!!
