Anna Nomis1Treat your customers with a sense of urgency. Waiting and more waiting. I came in to open an account. Generally I don't have a problem with waiting, but bank had employees and I was the only customer in the bank. The clerk took my id and told to sit and wait. Fine. Then she called me up and told me I had to wait 20 more minutes. I just left and took my money to Leighton State Bank nearby. I was filling out forms at Leighton the minute I requested a new account and had everything completed in about 20 minutes.

Troy Seekamp1Very poor loan system for Campers. They put all our money to interest and zero to the amount of the loan so we would never have it paid off. This bank is very poorly ran by upper management that can not keep there work or there systems in place and it is never there fault. They can only blame others. I would go with a different bank that treats there customers like they wont to be treated.
