  The Menasha branch is great! Super friendly staff, nice building. I went there recently with a small auto-pay issue. The staff helped me quickly and they were super friendly.

  I've been living in the Fox Valley area for almost a decade and has been a long time customer of this branch. While I am not a huge fan of the fact their in-house financial advisers kept changing (it is hard to build a relationship and maintain constant strategy if you are doing investment account), the regular teller staffs and manager are a delight to work with. Everytime I visit the branch for any regular business, I was greeted with familiarity and they handle my business promptly, to my satisfaction, and answered all my questions. The business hour is slightly less convenient as the branch does not open on weekends and close at 4:30 on workdays, but it only takes a bit of a planning for a typical 8-5 worker like me. Overall, good US branch to have in the area and great staffs to work with!

  This is a great branch of US Bank. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. They have even found creative ways to accomplish things that seemed quite difficult. I am a long-time customer and appreciate the local staff of this branch.

  Teller Margret was very impatient and rude. I hope she realizes that is MY money and I am CHOOSING to deposit it in this bank. There are other options. I’m lending my money to this bank as a service to them and myself. I was withdrawing a small amount. She stepped away to check things and get the cash. It was taking a few minutes longer than I anticipated so had to take my granddaughter to the restroom, or let her urinate on their lobby floor! Apparently this annoyed Margaret. The other teller was kind enough to let me know there was a door stop to get back into the bank. When I returned to get my cash and drivers license, she saw me but took the next person. What should have been a quick “I will help you in a moment, let me just hand this to this previous customer “ she ignores me and started a lengthy conversation with them. When I interjected can you please just hand me my cash and license? She got snippy! Unbelievable. Very poor customer care. She handled it poorly. Next time I will stay at the window and let her pee on the floor. FYI, there was no one else in line or even waiting to be helped when I took her to the restroom. It was just a happenstance that they walked in while we were gone for 4 mins
