Sarah Littler1LEAVING this bank! Waverly branch been closed all year do you have any idea how hard this makes for citizens to get bills paid and financial services taken care of! Next branch is 30 miles out or the other option is Circleville really? Unbelievable!!! I understood and respected the decision in the middle of covid, but my goodness EVERYTHING has reopened and you have alot of very loyal (was loyal) soon not to be upset customers! If you had to make a trip way out everytime you needed to handle fianances you wouldn't have put up with this as long as we have had to. Moving on been ridiculous for way to long. And if your not going to reopen and only run an atm service you need to

Patricia Stephens2I am with US Bank 30 years or more I am now looking for a new bank every time I turn on my own I turn around or is something wrong with one of my accounts now that they are not open on Saturdays does not help what what is happening to this Bank is to have good people in there and now you don’t I am not the only one who is complaining about you guys I need to take a good look at what’s going on with this bank and turning around and close it down
