  I miss the old staff. Had an issue with a atm and decided it would be easier to just do my business with a banker. Got multiple smart remarks about “of course I would need that before closing” and “ do I need to teach you how to use the atm?” And the hours state they don’t close till 5 and this was at around 3. If you’re that miserable with your job then find something different.

  The people that work at this branch have always been very pleasant and easy to work with. I’ve dealt with them many times over the past couple years and they recognize me when I stop in. It’s nice seeing friendly familiar faces.

  I made a cash withdrawal and they didn’t even check my ID. It’s not just this branch that is guilty. It’s scary to think that if someone gets just a few numbers they can screw over your whole life, and US Bank won’t even do the simplest measures available to prevent it.

  Grumpy old ladies. I have been with US Bank for like 20 years and not sure why there is not a single Male nor any employees under the age of 60 at this branch. Inconvenienced to help me everytime I am forced to go to a teller.

  The women that work here are very nice and helpful. Don’t be a rude customer and maybe people will treat you better....
