  It says they're open online but the doors are locked and there is no drive thru. Don't waste your time at this location, they're terrible. 😂

  ATM WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Do not use the ATM at this branch. I tried to withdraw cash from a non us bank account. The ATM said my bank declined the transaction. I get home, login online and the transaction was successful but the ATM said the transaction was declined and did not dispense any cash. Now I am out of cash for the next 45 days. My bank said it will take them 45 days to complete their investigation. Do not use the ATM here or you WILL lose your money. I am glad I am no longer a US Bank customer.

  I have a SSI bank card. I was told that us bank is where I can do my banking through because I have no banking account. I have government card which is associated with US Bank. This branch has refused twice to help me. Other branches have no problem in helping. In fact they are the ones that told be I can get my money or break my money in their bank. I will never go to this branch again.

  ATM clearly says stamp sold here. ATM is not accurate they do not sell stamps was told to go to the Post Office.

  Just opened my acct and I'm already disappointed with the service. They didn't put in needed information and the only person who can fix it left an hour early. So no money can be deposited until they fix thier own mistakes.

  This branch is closest to my apartment and therefore the one I go to all the time. I'm always greeted warmly and I get great customer service!

  The girl who works the drive threw is always mad, throwing the deposit bag back at you. Stomps around like a spoiled brat
