  True banker's hours - 9-4pm M to F, nothing on the weekends. I can't bank if you aren't open when I need you.

  As a regular banking customer, I really appreciate the 'family treatment' extended by all of the Freeland branch employees. From Richard, the manager who always remembers to ask about my family, to the smiling tellers who give speedy and cheerful service, you really couldn't ask for a better banking experience. I've honestly never had a bad interaction with these folks-- Thanks everyone!

  I was so blown away by the incredible customer service that I received from an officer at this branch, I wrote this letter to their management: "I wanted to write this letter expressing profound thanks for the exemplary customer service that I have received from Mr. Davidson. He has frankly blown me away and set a new standard for interactions with a bank. In all of my dealings with him, he has been patient, compassionate, thoughtful and beyond competent. His service feels like a throwback to the reasons our family originally chose US Bank 30+ years ago; it was personal. Although I know he must be absolutely inundated with PPP questions and applications, it felt like he took the time to take care of me personally as if I was his specifically assigned client. I am hopeful that your organization will recognize his merits and realize how well he represents you.":

  Never ever use this bank ever they are nothing but a bunch of lairs , I have processed multiple complaints about the branch manager their Emily as well as the assistant manager Taylor and have been subject the threats and checks being canceled in my account because “fraud” , I I would avoid this brach and the company as a whole at all costs
