Gigi Genschorck1Wish I could give a zero. My husband has banked there for 16 years, has several thousand dollars in checking accounts. He went in to co-sign a $3,000 car loan for our 18 year old daughter, they told us it could be the next day. We went ahead and pulled the money for the car out of one of our accounts. The next day, WE had to call to talk to Nicole at the N. Kirksville branch to find out that she didn’t qualify. Our daughter didn’t have a credit history. Seriously!? Over $3,000!? How is she supposed to establish credit? Bad move, Nicole. Very poor customer service.
