kay hammond5Tina, the manager of Pendleton branch called me on the phone within 5 min after i had left a message. It took her 2 minutes to help with what i requested. (which was a personal request) US bank has gotten to big to remember the individual person. bottom line is DOLLARS ONLY! but this is all corporate rules (the big money boys) the hours all the charges etc.are not the peoples who work there.unfortunately the staff gets all the flack. they are however responsible for their attitude, which is high on my list, in any business place I go. With the manager,Tina, I'm sure she stays seriously on top of that. I find her an excellent manager. For corporate I give a 0 (zero) stars.

Jairod Collins1I came in today to drop off a deposit on behalf of my company and inquire about a “monthly maintenance fee” on my personal account that was not automatically waived as it has been for the last several months. When it was my turn to get to the register, the teller, Ashley, walked away to lock the doors (I came in 5 mins to close) without acknowledging me. I asked the other teller if she was going to help me. When I got to the desk, I gave the teller the deposit from my company and asked about the maintenance fee. I was then told to write down my information so Tina (a banker) could call me back to which my response is “I will just call customer service”. I was then aggressively and rudely reprimanded by Tina for asking if the teller was going to help me. She threateningly insinuated that she would be contacting the company I work for about me conducting myself “unprofessionally” because I asked if I was going to be helped by the teller that walked away as I approached the desk. Terrible experience at this branch today and due to this unfortunate sequence of awful customer service interactions I will likely move my money elsewhere.

joannfb1The hours they are open are horrible! Most everyone works between 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Put the customers needs as a priority and at least stay open later on Friday's! I'm switching my account to a credit union that is open later on weekdays and is actually open on a Saturday...now that's customer service and putting the needs of the customer first!

Bridget Van Cleave1I am done with them. In the process of switching banks. I have been there for 16 years but since new manager worthless. sorry for the employees. Went to use ATM on Tuesday and it wasn't working. 9:28 am and cars already lined up at drive thru. I went and paid the price to use another bank's atm. DONE!! I went on a friday not long ago and drive through was closed at 3:30pm and ATM limited the amount I needed out so I was SOL. Why are you not open until 5 like US banks in portland area and WHY do you close the drive through for an hour lunch!!!! You have enough employees to cover. Feel better after that rant. Bye Bye

J H1In the process of switching banks. This bank is never open and when they are, the drive thru wait is TERRIBLE. Back when you could walk in, there is one, maybe two tellers and a bunch of other people sitting on their phones at their desks. I have banked with US for over ten years and this branch has made sure it wont be 11.

Jennifer Kirkman1We went today to close my son's account. We were there, and could've been in dt, but thought we had to go in. They would not let us in. They said that we had to go through the dt, but there was no one there that could do that right now. So, even if we went through there 45 minute line, we wouldn't be able to close the empty account, so they could charge us more in monthly fees. Us bank as a company are a bunch of theives!!!

Sue Brown1Worst banking experience I've ever experienced! I had a check drawn on the Pendleton branch. I went there on a Friday; I was told, "We don't have this amount of money today. We'll have it on Monday." The Tellers I was working with looked at the check & was stating, "Is so and so dying, what's wrong with him!(confidential) He's writing $$$$$ (confidential) checks to anyone today! I'm keeping it confidential, they did not, threw his name around like it is not a breach of confidentiality! That was upsetting enough. I return on Monday, where I was told "I don't think we have the money once again! I let them know, I'd wait for the Manager to return from lunch. I waited in the lobby for a very long time. The teller that I was talking to said she was the manager & I reminded her she is actually the assistant manager. That evidently upset her because she told another teller to cash my check. They made sure I didn't get too many large bill's & gave me an ungodly amount of 20's as they snickered about it! They didnt like it when I requested to re-count in front of them; the amount was very large & I don't live in Pendleton. In the end, as far as the denominations, it all spends the same! As for the tellers, I wished them a wonderful day & politely walked away. Customer service was terrible! I would not recommend this bank to anyone!

Robert Fales1You can't even manage to schedule well enough to cover lunches what makes you think I would give you any of money you can't even maintain banker hours. I don't even have account with you some of my clients do. It is infuriating... I truly have never seen a bank care less about his clients.

Todd Soderberg1The manager Callan would not refund an overdraft cause by a vendor that did not have my permission. He was trying to tell me that if they have your card number then they have your permission. What kind of uneducated BS is that? Anyone in the world would possibly have my card number, it does not mean they have my permission? Anyway he said there was nothing he could do because the bank had already reverse an overdraft 10 months ago.
