      When you bank here at this location, make sure you request for Bethany! She’s is very professional, excellent at her job, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly! Great customer service!

      In my opinion, this local US Bank branch, is absolutely terrible! I think it starts with the management. With the exception of the Mortgage associate, there is no level of customer service or confidence in the employees. I recently closed ALL of my accounts at this bank and in my opinion, all veterans should do the same. Very unfriendly!!

      I just left a review for the leadington branch a few minutes away...this one is much better for very fair reasons. The Farmington location helped 10 times faster (literally 1 minute wait vs 10 minute wait in Leadington). The Farmington US bank location is also always really friendly. Bottom line they know how to take care of business. I wish I had two sets of hands so I could give this branch 4 thumbs up.

      👋🏼 I had issues with the ATM on the 11th Oct. I made a deposit but half way through the transaction the ATM crashed and it never went through...I would like to claim the money that was never gave back.
