      I have tried to give business. But don't want to sell, and when he does it way over retail price. Won't pawn anything. I have taken in a $3400 Canon 5D Mark lll and was told it's not worth anything. Lol. $700 hover board was told junk. My tools and Xbox one are worthless there too. How can he stay in business? Really wanted to use this pawnshop right by my house. Have to drive to Ft Walton Beach Florida. Grrrrr

      I bought my wedding band here!! they were excellent in working with me and even had it specially shaped to perfectly fit my engagement ring!!! they are awesome and I cant wait to get married so I can actually wear it!!! Thank You Jim and Shannon I hope you know how happy you have made me!

      Had a party and needed Ice. Went to the ice machine, swiped my CC, got an error message that said the connection was unavailable. Machine did not give me any ice. Additionally, there was a note on the machine that you couldn't give change. This month a got a charge for the ice that I DID NOT get. Total waste of time.

      Horrible experience. The shop is pretty dim and the man behind the counter was rude. My experience there WAS NOT PLEASANT at all. There are much better pawn shops in Niceville and FWB.
