      If I could zero stars i would. I was trying to open a bank account for me and my minor child. The lady that was supposed to help us acted like we were bothering her. She was totally unprofessional and just rude. I believe her name was Tammy. I went to another bank and opened an account and transferred my direct deposit changed to my new bank. I have never been so disrespected in my life.

      I love coming to this bank, I’m in and out really fast, and the workers are really nice.

      They are nice at first but aren't all thieves. I ask that they not pay overdrafts if I don't have the money don't pay decline so I wouldn't have overdraft fees. Instead they charged me $35 and didn't even pay the 99 cents. So win win for them. I paid off 5 loans in one year and never late payment's. They can't keep help new faces every time I went in. And along with that comes the mistakes they make on your account. Mistakes you have to prove was theirs thru the fraud department. I took them proof of insurance and they didn't accept that insurance. So I ended up double paying for insurance. I paid almost a year on a loan that increased instead of decreased.WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A BANK.don't walk run from this place. Trust me the devil smiles at you as well I TOOK TIME TO WRITE THIS TO SAVE YOU

      Normally a decent place to bank. Ive also had them drag their feet and not even return calls when I needed them most. Also had some other very unprofessional dealings I dont care to mention publicly that Is going to send me to another bank after being with them for over 12 years.

      Incompetent staff that gives out personal information including what your balance is. Which is illegal and now I’m having to seek legal action. Since they just want to sweep it under the rug and say it was just an accident.

      Bad how they flip around what went through the bank, so they can charge a ton of over draft fees.

      They are never open when you need them. I get off work at 5. Looks like I'll just have to wait till Saturday. Oh wait they are closed.
