The Freeport branch offers phenomenal banking service; however, worst mortgage department in the industry. The loan officer has no sense of urgency and is inexperienced in the loan process. I secured a loan at a competing bank [next door] with better terms and less headaches. This is a 5-star bank for general banking services, but less than 1-star for securing a loan.
