  I went into this store to close my account and days later I have gotten an alert that someone was using my card to make online purchases. I talked to customer service and instead of listening to me, they put words in my mouth and made me hold for over half an hour until I can talk to someone who can resolve this. I am never going back here and I will definitely tell everyone I know how poorly the staff is.

  Very Grateful for Oksana Terry professionalism with our re-finance process. She manage to save us hundreds of dollars on our monthly payment and thousands on the closing cost. Everyone at this branch is great and knowledgeable. From the time I began this to the closing it was done very quickly. i would highly recommend this bank and there team on how they handled my re-finance, as well as all my other banking needs.

  I have been banking with Trustco Bank for about 30 years, in NY and for the last 5+ years in FL. They live up to their slogan as a "home town bank" because of the way that they treat the customers, just like friends and family. The mortgage loan process and rates are way better than most, and you don't have to worry about your loan being sold multiple times. (I just completed my 5th home mortgage loan with them). If you ever have a question, they are quick to find the answer. Keep up the good work team!

  Recently found this branch because another branch could not notarize a document I needed that day and sent me to them. Maged (manager) took care of it promptly, even though I walked in at closing time. Then he offered to make a copy for me. A couple of weeks later I had a CD mature from another bank so I went over and asked his advice on a short-term replacement and bought it from him(better rate).Now I do all my banking there. Even though the branch is kind of hidden from the road(SR 46 at end of Idrive) it's worth finding because Maged and Charlotte and Patricia seem happy to help whatever you need.

  Best Trustco bank branch so far, after I had a very bad experience with Melbourne branch (Cassandra and Nadine), I decided not to deal with them anymore, then I met Maged the branch manager in weswood plaza branch, he was so nice and responsive and friendly, and he was so professional too. He totally changed my mind about not dealing with trustco anymore, then I decided to deal with them again. I gave this branch 5 out of 5.

  The manager here is friendly, very enthusiastic, helpful and will remember your name six months or a year later. They also offer competitive mortgage products. Unfortunately their smartphone app lacked remote check deposit and the website could've been more intuitive, so I passed on remaining a member. If that's not critical, though, the staff here is great.

  By far the worst customer service experience I have had with any bank. I walked in to withdraw some money and the manager Maghed was extremely rude and asked me why do I want to withdraw money? Then rolls his eyes and proceeds with my request. After couple minutes comes back and says the money is not there because deposit check is not cleared. I logged into my account before going to the this branch and check showed cleared and money was in the account. Eventually had to walk out because manager was so rude and with no desire to help his customers. On my way out manager says "I guess you won't have a nice day." Avoid ever going to this branch.
