      If I could give this place zero stars I would, I recently bought a new car and the dealership acquired my loan through this credit union. A "complimentary account" is opened for you additionally, and is mandatory in order to continue to hold a loan through the bank. They add random fees and charges to this existing account. I have never had so much trouble PAYING a bill in my life. It's like they don't want your money. In order to pay the billI you have to connect an external account through the site. Which sounds easy, but is actually impossible as the feature does not work. They offer third party payment processing though an application that requires you to share all of your private bank account information including statement history, and address etc. in order to make a payment. They additionally offer over the phone payments with a "courtesy" fee of $10. It's absolutely absurd! When i call the bank to try to manage these issues the only help they offer is to "come in to the bank and see them" I live over an hour away from the neatest location. They say I can manually deposit my payment into the account they opened for me at that location for easy payment... Again I live over an hour away from this bank. I will never recommend them and as soon as I can refinance I will be transferring my loan out of this credit union.

      Chance at Truity has been the best person to work with! He has helped me with absolutely everything I have ever needed! From sending emails to talking on the phone, he has been AMAZING! I truly appreciate everything he has done for me since opening my account with Truity! He has gone above and beyond when it comes to helping me! Without him, my experience probably wouldn’t have been as pleasant!

      Received an Email congratulating me that my account is being upgraded to a preferred account. Turns out, this is just a shady money grab by Truity Credit Union to charge you $60 a year for an account that had previously been a free account. Of course I can avoid the $5 a month fee if I make 20 or more debit transactions. Best of the best in Lawrence? Not anymore...

      Absolutely one of the most archaic apps/account dashboard designs I've never used. After 2 months and several calls I still have no idea how to verify my external account.

      I've had little trouble with this bank, other than the hours (which most banks kinda have). Person to person, the people in the bank are really nice, courteous and friendly. I've had a couple times where I've had some fraudulent transactions, and truity caught it and resolved it as fast as they could. Only problems I've really had were when calling the customer service representatives through the phone, some are nice and some can be kind of lackadaisical giving accurate information and~ generally feeling like they just wish they weren't there right now. I've been to very few banks in my life, but this bank is pretty good.

      Truity is a great place they treat u like family they listen offer advice. John Jones Oh my goodness he is the most wonderful person. He treats me very well. He has asked about my grandchildren. He calls u back when u call and leave a message. He treats me with respect. He is very compassionate about his customers. He always answers my questions. When I had trouble setting up Mobil banking he took the time to walk me through it. He’s very patient with me. Thank you John keep up the great work.       Very bad, they take money out of your account with out your knowledge or you asking for any extra services. The app never works always says your password is wrong. When you try to reset it says the code they sent you is wrong. So don’t expect to keep track of your money at this bank because they won’t let you.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK!.

      It is a good bank but you can not do balance inquiries on the ATM machine without being charged f or transaction fees. And also deposits you have to put it in an envelope on a different slots! Other than that this bank is great! I guess it has mirvprivacy doing those stufff

      Online experience is really good and the app is even better. Lack of east Lawrence locations. At times the drive thru can be really slow, sometimes too much small talk. Great car loan rates but I don't need to know about them every time I come in.
