  Hands down the worst banking experience. They constantly apologize for the wait yet do nothing about it. There seems to be 1 teller ever on duty.

  WARNING!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Opened my account with Christine. She wasn't helpful AT ALL. go there to withdraw money and AL told me he couldn't find my account and was rude about it. Meanwhile his supervisor is right there and she did absolutely nothing about it. Had to drive miles to the next bb&t just to withdraw the money and it was quick.

  I am amazed that BB&T allows this level of service within their branch network. Do yourself a huge favor and just drive to the Dania Beach office.

  Absolutely the worst bank, didn't give my Driver liscense back I called they said they had it went to pick it up they said they shreaded it so after $8 to cash the check $35 for new liscense and a day off work I'm out $300 for absolutely no reason. I guess my ID was taking up too much room!!!!!!!

  Horrendous customer service. Clerk was very rude and unhelpful. I've had a bbt account for 5 years and have never been treated thus poorly. Please be more patient and less aggressive with customers.

  Horrible bank, their online banking is awful, they do anything to make you overdraft and fees are soo high. Stay away
