  I really liked this bank when it was Sun Trust and Abby was the branch manager. I liked BB&T and had an account with them as well (great bank out of NC). Since the merger it is a terrible bank, with terrible policies. No personal service and an inability to preform the most basic of functions. I do not blame the workers even if some of them are very dismissive.

  HE WORKERS ARE RUDE all of them The tellers & bankers! The bank will withhold your money for 7+days they froze my account after THE BRANCH MANAGER LET ME OPEN IT not caring if I have money to feed my kids or Pay my bills I am advising all to never bank with Truist this has been the worst experience ever!!

  I can see why Suntrust will not be a bank much longer. I recommend sending your lawyer directly instead of dealing with this place in person. They literally will not give me money from my account after two years of asking them to close it out

  Went to cash a personalized check from my sister. (Note: it was a SUNTrust check and yet wanted to charge me $7 for their own Check) They wanted two identifications. One being an I.D the other had to be a military I.D, student I.D, or a Passport ect. I am a stay at home mom & so don't have any of that. They wanted to charge a $7 fee simply because I don't have an account there. So for every check a SunTrust account personally uses, the bank makes money off of each check you all are writting. They make a profit off of their customers which is simply a scam. Always have and Always will hate SunTrust.

  First off, should open earlier than 9 am. Secondly, if you're going to close your loby for Covid, you should have more than 1 drive thru lane open.

  The opening hours are too late and the closing hours are also too late... it’s a financial institution, one must be able to reach it in the most flexible hours

  I normally have the best customer service, but I had the must unfriendly teller on my last visit. That's really unfortunate being there's only one location here.
