Michele Henson1Been using this bank for 15 or so years. The atm messes up because apparently the manager decided to work on it without checking to see if it was in use or putting a sign out to tell anyone. It takes a large sum of cash for deposit but did not credit my account. 48 hours later I'm in the negative and cannot access any money. I'm told they will get to me. It's Friday. I'm sure they don't work weekends so..I'm stuck with no money and my reputation is shredded from things bouncing or me not being able to pay anyone. This really is horrible customer care. No one should have to feel robbed! Explain this to my child that was promised an outing today that I had to cancel because I have no money! I'm disabled and needed my medication. This bank isn't just messing with my money its now messing with my health and my child's mental health! Take my advice and choose a bank that really cares about their customers!

Chris Wilson1This has to be by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. This includes banking which I do in 3 states or any other business. It includes everyone there and the Mgr. They are so rude, disrespectful and never return a call. They act like you are a burden on them when asking them a question! Does the main office even see these reviews? If so why is the place not getting any better? I need a bank that has branches in 3 different states where I am located. Tennessee and Florida branches are fine but Waynesville makes me nauseous when I realize I have to deal with them!

Larry Wilson1I have access to every ATM except my bank there at Truist. Customer with SunTrust back to Trust Company days. It's not a sinking ship; it's a sunken ship held up with K-Mart life-vests. End of an era. End of a great bank. Who is running it now? Biden or his babysitters?

Julie Bloodsworth1Unfortunately, this last year's merger seems to have made banking with TRUIST quite difficult. The in-person branches that are left are not reliably open and they also appear understaffed. The online services are a bit difficult to navigate and they do become unavailable quite often. There is no customer service chat or email; only phone lines which seem to always have at least a 60 minute wait (last 3-4 times I have called it was over an hour wait time). I will likely try to convince my family to move our accounts elsewhere as this feels like a huge financial risk -- what if we need help immediately for something time-sensitive? I am currently waiting on several tax forms that should have already been sent and I cannot contact anyone via phone (tried two local branches and the customer service line) about why the tax forms are showing as 'unavailable' online. Judging by BBB complaints and other reviews, this bank is looking pretty poor right now.

Rose Cole1Longest, slowest drive thru I've ever encountered. Better make sure you have plenty of time, gas in the car and something to read.

Kathy Johnson1Takes FOREVER in the drive thru. Went two days in a row and still haven't been able to cash a check. Was in drive thru for over 25 minutes and never moved one car.

Xanthippe_261Worst bank I've ever dealt with, not just this branch. No communication between branches and home office. Thankfully they are switching to Truist in mid February. Hopefully, they will get this mess straightened out.

Barbara Mauldin1Can't believe BBT left a Bank that had 3 outside windows and a atm for one that's hard to get to and just 2 windows and a walk up ATM. I want my BBT back!!!

D & L Wandering Footprints1Run, run, run as fast as you can to ANY other bank. These people are slow, nasty and just not professional. You cannot make a deposit at ATM machines anymore to avoid waiting and waiting and waiting for help. We have opened accounts at another bank but only use this acct because we travel in Florida. Not even worth keeping open for that convenience as my blood boils Everytime I try to bank here. They truly DO NOT appreciate customers business. My friends just closed their accounts as well.
