      I went into this branch for the first time and when I walked in I was greeted as if I were a long time customer. I only wish that it was my local branch. The customer service that I received was outstanding. Ann Lacey and Kim Parker went above and beyond to take care of me. I can't thank them enough for all that they did and in an efficient manner.       I called in to branch and the person answering the phone qouted WHAT DO YOU WANT, as if I got on her last nerve. That will be my last time calling there. Poor phone etiquette. She also said BBT instead of good morning, thank you for calling BBT your Montezuma branch. That just ruined my morning of happiness. GOD help.
