      It was a busy day at Truist today. I thought I was going to have a wait a very long time on a break time that I had for work. Gretchet was professional, savvy l, proficient, and professional. Thank you so much for your help.

      The worst banking i have been with them for 13 years and they never fail to disappoint me As of now I'm not expecting customer service i only want to be treated fairly. Now with the transition the truist plus covid do not expect any thing employees are them selves lost

      I think this SunTrust suffers from people only reviewing when they have bad experiences. I went through the drive thru at this SunTrust to withdraw some cash from my checking account. At most, I only waited 2-3 minutes, but this was in the morning at around 9:15am after they opened. From the looks of it, their indoor lobby was open as well for anyone that wanted to go in to speak with a teller in-person. It took another 2 minutes for the teller to process my withdrawal and then I was out just as quick as I got in the drive thru. The teller I spoke with was also polite, even wished me back Merry Christmas after I greeted her Merry Christmas. So for my experience at this SunTrust: Stellar. I didn't see any problems and it was as professional as I would expect any SunTrust branch to be.

      My account was over drafted and left in the negative by hacker they said it could be 90 business days too get a refund worst bank ever.

      I used to bank with SunTrust for 24 years, they WERE the best reliable, trustworthy, always right to the penny. Unfortunately this is not so right now. Shame on you guys! 9pm and you don't have a customer service rep available????? Neither nice, nor acceptable. Time to go somewhere else.

      This is my favorite branch..all of the customer service folks are very friendly and know my face and name, so whenever I visit I'm always greeted like family. One time I forgot my wallet when it was in my car which was being repaired and they allowed me to withdraw $40 based simply on the fact that they know my face. Grace is my favorite. She's always helpful, friendly, and has a good sense of humor. :-)

      Went to this branch after being treated terribly at the branch at Oak Ridge and Orange Blossom Trail. Brent, the banker I dealt with, was great. He greeted me as soon as I walked in, assisted me with my wire transfer, and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Excellent experience.

      Love Suntrust. Super disappointed in the customer service at the Lake Margaret branch. Most recently, I had the displeasure of dealing with the branch manager, Gretchet Rudisel, and could instantly see the example she sets for her employees. She purposefully attempted to inconvenience me as a customer, for no valid reason. It was weird but I can see that it was “power” for her. Worse than that, she spoke down to me, as a human. I found her behavior and condescending language to be highly unprofessional. I drove to another branch to avoid dealing with her inside (had sick children in the car as well) and was treated with kindness while also given the service I asked for, with a smile. Leadership sets the tone and with this leadership, I can see why this branch struggles with customer satisfaction. I can see why the employees will let you sit there in the drive through, for 10 minutes without ever greeting you. I can see why it takes so long in the drive through, because customers there are treated as an inconvenience. I do expect more from Suntrust and I do not receive that, at this branch.

      Charged $7 to cash a payroll check from this bank because I don’t have an account here, even though the person who wrote the check does have an account here. Then I was told I had to wait for them to cash it because they had to verify the check even though it was a computerized check, not hand written. I’ve never been treated this way at any bank before. I’m glad I don’t have an account here.
