  Called (3 times) and left messages re opening a new account in addition to another active account we currently have. Finally got through (no one ever returned our call) and was told to just “come down anytime “. Upon arrival we were told to wait for a banker. Waited 30 minutes, the banker comes out of her office and states”no, you need an appointment”. No one else even waiting in the branch. Will be closing our current account and certainly not giving them another. Zero customer service in person and they don’t return calls. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

  The bank teller was incredibly rude rolled her eyes as soon as I walked up and when she was done “helping me” she rudely says “thanks for the trouble”! Super rude and just plain unprofessional. Blond curly hair big eyes, you know the one

  BEWARE OF THE ATM I stopped banking with BBT years ago due to their withdrawing auto drafts before crediting accounts with direct deposits which resulted in multiple overdraft fees. We now bank with USAA and this atm is one I can go to to withdraw money that doesn’t charge a fee. HOWEVER this atm was about to spit my money out and error-ed leaving me short $200 for a week. USAA had to investigate and ruled in my favor. The guy that was at the bank when it happened said it had happened to him several times at that particular atm and the teller admitted the machine had problems. I’d def think twice before trying to withdraw money from it.

  Very personal service. Online banking program is user friendly. Hours could be better. If they were open until 6 and on Saturday it would be more convenient.
