Ally Mullen1This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. Very sloppy transition to Truist. No bankers. Spend countless hours trying to get anywhere for simple matters. Don’t waste your time. Take your money elsewhere.

Markes Caruana1Next time your computer system is down, that should be the first thing you tell your customers. Making someone wait for a teller for 20+ minutes with no indication they can be helped is ridiculous.

Taylor Earp1Never have I ever sat at a bank so long first I asked for two out of the three checks that I was putting in to be cashed and the other one be deposited into my account they said okay and took about 15 minutes for them to get back to me then sent out a receipt saying that they deposited all three into my account when I asked for 2 in cash and even wrote that on my deposit slip. Then twice they left the door open from the vacuum tube and I couldn't press send so I had to press the call teller button 2 times to tell them it won't let me press send and then it took them another 10 mins to get my cash to me when I addressed the problem

Broadie5with everything going on today everything is very hectic but when I go to the BB&T on battleground they make the experience so warming so friendly they do all they can to make your day special and I appreciate their service their service is the best service in Greensboro. Keep up the great work that you're doing tellers 💜💙

Jamie H5I have been using this location for two years now, never had a problem. I'm also required to make daily deposits at my place of employment so I visit this location Monday through Friday. That's a whole lot of days everyday for two years to have never made me feel anything but extremely pleased with their service. The staff here know me by name inside or in the drive-thru, and have known it for almost the entire time I have come here. They all do their jobs very efficiently and they're all very friendly when doing it. Thank you guys for always providing excellent service!

Vincent Mulisano5This is the way banking should be. At least the in bank/in person experience! Christina Norris is a shining example of what you deserve and expect when you need assistance from your bank. I made an appointment with her through the new BB&T U app and guess what, IT WORKED! Although I was 5 minutes late she was there waiting for me, whoops. Anyway, highly recommend!!!

Keyuntis Dean1Staff is very rude. I came through the drive thru to make a deposit and upon delivering my card and ID back to me there was no response. I also needed something else but staff was too rude to ask or even tell me thank you or have a good day.
