Shane Cash1They can't handle the increase in business after merging with BB&T and closing the BB&T branch in Oakwood. I'm writing this while standing in line waiting to be helped. Two tellers on a Friday! B.S. 25 minutes and still standing. I can't afford to continue doing business with Truist.

Sierra Wood5I’ve normally had experiences on the negative side with Suntrust. I decided to stop by this location yesterday as it was on my way. The lady I spoke with was very kind. Her name is Shelby. She even went as far as checking in today to let me know she reviewed my account again to make sure all was as it should be. I did not ask for her to call or double check, so I was extremely delighted to have a call from her and know I was being taken care of beyond expectations. Of my times at this location, I’ve always had the best experiences, but this was confirmation that their service is superior and other locations should take note. Much appreciated.

Cindy Cunningham5The bank manager and front desk csr helped me so much when I became executor of my mother's estate. They helped me navigate through the process of closing her personal account and setting up an estate account including getting an EIN number (a free service through them that would have cost me bucks through an attorney). They were professional and kind. I'm sure this Covid19 world has made it hard to give personal service but they managed to do that later when I had to pay off creditors and wire funds to my mother's beneficiaries. Very satisfied with their service.

Michael1Horrible bank, they show that you have available funds but then you spend it and then you over draft and they charge you 36 dollars. Closing my account tomorrow. Horrible service. Wells Fargo is a better bank and they suck

Crisllene Frick1Worst Bank ever. Not easy to do business with. I will be closing all my accounts shortly. We have a couple accounts here. It was a hassle opening a special account for my nephews Social Security checks as his representative. Went to this branch 3 different times. Even had a 3 way conversation with the this location and SS office and SS. Took several trips to get the accounts opened. I am waiting on back payment from Social Security. Suntrust closed the account due to no money in the account ( I am at the mercy of Social Security on when they will release the back pay). Still cannot get the account opened back up. Suntrust doesn't seem to understand how Social Security works and the wait time on back pay. Rep at this branch (Ill be nice and not put her name in this review) condescendingly says, "well it was closed for no funds. You should have transferred some money to the account to keep it opened, you had 2 months for social security to depot money in the account."

Whitney Nettles1Very frustrating that ive wasted my time after talking directly to this location employee the day prior to visiting to get a cashier's check as a non account holder. If I call here and tell them everything and ask about the process there's no reason why I should come here and cannot complete my transaction! I asked these employee who never told me you needed TWO forms of ID Now ive wasted my time and need to find another bank I could've done that yesterday at 230! Do your JOB!!! SERVICE THE CUSTOMER NOT CONFUSE AND WASTE THEIR TIME!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!
