Tori Jackson1I’ve never been in a Suntrust building that was so useless. They never know what’s going on or what to do. The workers never have the same answers. They only ever have one person working at a time, even when the line is long. They wait for the line to be extremely long before they put more people out to help. I went inside the building twice in two days for a simple money transfer between separate accounts. I had to go in twice for them to give me the right information. It also took them 30 minutes to actually help me. There is only one useful employee and the rest of them are truly incompetent

Toshawnka Walker1Accepted a bank loan for a vehicle. Vehicle totalled in a fire. Bank gave my insurance company incorrect payoff amount. Now I'm paying off the amount and the bank continues to raise my minimum due every time I make a payment. Currently, my minimum due almost equals my payoff amount. In addition, the bank is "Nickel and Dime-ing" with random late fees despite early and on-time payments. NO CONFIDENCE IN THIS BANK.

Gloria Cobalt1Terrible customer service all around. I have a student loan through them and the entire process was a nightmare. I have taken out loans for cars, boats, houses and businesses, their application process was by far the most complicated. I attempted to open an online bank account to pay the loan but that was also a disaster. Three weeks later still don't have an account number, and they wont give it to you over the phone. I am accelerating payments on this loan to get away from this bank. Not worth the slightly lower interest rate.

Richard Tippett5I recently opened an account here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The process was easy and delightful. The staff even called back to make sure everything was working out. Great job and well done to Stacia and her amazing team.

Jordan Walsh5Service is Excellent, they really stand for making the customer feel appreciated... every company has their exceptions, some employees that dont always have the best day... but SunTrust as a whole works hard to make sure that every client is greeted with a warm and sincere Welcome. I appreciate their efforts to make a difference when so many businesses have stopped caring these days.

Danny Westerfield1They do not know what they are doing. I asked for a 10 day payoff for a loan and was told they dont do it. I have never heard of this. Plus my account was on automatic withdrawal from day one and i have gotten late charges because the due was on a weekend and they didnt pull it.

Lorena Barona1Worst customer service! I've tried to change my phone number over the phone. The lady was not in the mood to help Me at all...after asking her 3 times to change my phone number, she told me that my phone cannot be added. Ask for supervisor and waited for 15mins. Finally went into the app, found where I was able to change my number and was successfully updated.... Don't know what kind of error she had on the computer. I think that's was: not in the mood error!
