Michelle de Maria3Late November, 2015--Tellers have improved. Haven't seen the previous "Bank Commandant" who "knew everything"--even the way you were supposed to do business. Perhaps this absence has improved the teller attitudes. Haven't seen the good teller that was there with the Commandant. That teller was good despite the Commandant's presence. The good teller looked like she might be dealing with cancer. I wish the best for her.

Tierra Ross1I recently closed an account and opened a new one with this BB&T and it was the absolute worst service, don’t got me wrong they are usually great! One of the workers though A. Guillen was by far terrible. She so called shut off my debit card with my old account which still had money on it thinking she transferred it to the new account, well no and then she didn’t give me a temporary card until my new one got here so I had to go back and get that.. AND then she didn’t give me a pin so now I’m stuck with not being able to withdraw any of my money from the ATM.

collin mccormac1This branch is horrible. I have been with BB&T for 2 decades now. I called to ask a question.. a woman name Ceystal Stein answers and I explain I will be having a direct deposit from my work the next day, and asked if I could use my card/withdraw money before the direct deposit cleared the next day. She said yes as long as it does not exceed the direct deposit... I confirmed this 3 times with her... So I follow her rules as instrusted (did not spend/withdraw more then $60) and I get hit with two $36 over draft fees. When. I call to speak to the branch supervisor about this, she says Crystal Stein has been working with them for many years and she knows for a fact she would NEVER tell someone that. She continues to go on and on and was very disrespectful and essentially called me a liar. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU ON THE PHONE . This branch has the worst management AND DISTRICT MANAGEMENT
