  Great people at our branch but the switch to "Truist" is terrible. Woke bank experience and the mobile app is garbage if you can even get it to load on your phone

  BB&T customers have been told that Suntrust ATMs are usable for us. We tried to use both of this location's, and they did not work. We went inside for assistance, and were given little help. The employee at the counter had limited knowledge of the Truist merger. She was also overworked (the only one assisting a line of customers), while several other employees sat around in their offices. We were told that one of them would help us, but they never did. A complete waste of time. We will likely not be back.

  The tellers in the bank are great. The Truist phone system is a joke.

  People are nice and friendly. No drive thru at this location even though Google notes drive thru open same hours as bank.
