Jeremy Keller1I stopped at this branch for the first time today to withdraw some cash from my savings account. I went to the drive through, told the teller what I wanted done, and sent in my driver’s license. He filled out the withdrawal slip, I signed and return it, then 10 minutes later came back and said he doesn’t have the authority to withdraw any money. He then told me to come back tomorrow when his boss would be in and could authorize it. What type of bank doesn’t have anyone there that can withdraw cash. Definitely recommend everyone to avoid this branch, they just waste your time. Safe to say this will be my first and last visit to this branch.

Penny Beachum1Spoke to Marcie M Branch Lead at the Camp Hill location about receiving calls about my auto loan not being received . Verified with my bank since it's set up on electronic payment to be sent automatically every month and that the payment cleared my account and was deducted from my account on Jan 21st and payment is due on the 23rd of each month. She state that they never receive the check and she spoke to someone and it was not received and that we need to find away to come up with the payment. (Excuse me) Do I sound like I'm broke and in the past 5 yrs has my account every been late on my payment. That definitely rub me the wrong way and she came off very RUDE. So I decide to call another branch and spoke to a great representative name AMANDA at the old post road branch on Linglestown Road. And she did find my so call missing payment and even apologize to me for the unwanted calls and even for the way MARCIE handle this whole situation. So if Marcie would have taking her time and also been more professional when speaking to a long time customers this review could have been prevented. So just a friendly reminder when you have a value customers you need to watch the way you treat them because a bad experience travels fast and people can't wait to tell anyone that would listen of the way they was treated.

Jonathan Weller1I don’t like big banks. However, Ean was rad and made me want to bank here forever. Recently I had a chance to talk to the branch manager, now I hate big banks again. Your 2.5 stars makes sense now. Someone from corporate should flip flop Ean and the wholly forgettable branch manager of this location.

Christine1We opened an account during the pandemic. This involved appointments. We were never given even one sheet of counter checks (starter checks). No one answers when you call. If you do get a VM message there is either no mail box or it is full. Today I am calling and getting nothing but minutes and minutes of music.

joe wagner1I called here to ask some questions about opening an account. The Banker that I spoke to was so wrong with his facts and wouldn't stop rambling on long enough to even be corrected, so I decided not to open an account here. There were so many things he was wrong about, but let me just correct one wrong statement he made.... Integrity Bank is not and never has been a Credit Union, it was a Bank just like BB+T. I try to only state facts when I know I'm 100% correct, you should consider doing the same. Otherwise, you end up looking a little foolish and very unprofessional... Just saying....

Wrz41Messed up my credit, told me I could get an auto loan for a car after repeatedly asking if my year of car would allow me to get a auto loan and then stuck me with a personal loan. Worst service at a bank I have ever had. When I went to get the auto loan I asked the employees, loan manager, bank manager if my I would qualify for a car loan even though my car was from 2004. They said absolutely you can get a auto loan for that year of vehicle. I said, "okay well most banks well only let you get an auto loan for a car that is 10 years or less from the current year, so with this car being from 2004 (getting the auto loan in 2016) will it qualify." I also said "I don't have a title this is a private seller." I was told yes we can do that, that is not a problem. So applied for the autoloan, checked my credit and then was asked where is the title. I previously said I didn't have a title. Since it was a private seller and I didn't have the title I was told you would have to get a personal loan. So got the personal loan, bought the car, came back with the title and they ran my credit again even though they had all my information, and I had already got approved for am auto loan for the vechicle. About to finish up and I was told I am sorry we can not do the auto loan.... I asked why, was it credit, was it something else.... no they told me I couldn't get the auto loan due to the year of the car it is over 10 years old!!!! I asked the loan manager and bank manager 3 times, and had a long conversation making sure the year wouldn't be the problem. So they stuck me with a personal loan for 5 years, at 11 percent interest. Now if this was fixed, or not lied too and I made the choice to be stuck with a personal loan fine, but it wasn't!! Don't go here.

Ryan Taylor1Rude tellers, poor service when I went to make a deposit, got a nasty attitude then kicked down the line to another attendant just because she had a small sign that said she wasn't open. Sorry I couldn't see that sign and if your unwilling to help why are sitting there in the first place? It looks like you were ready to help someone in the first place.

jacked liberty1I was explicitly told by the teller at the desk that there was no fee for an outbound money transfer. Well, low and behold, I discovered that is a lie. I will be doing my business through a credit union from now on.

Dusan Bratic1Totally inconsiderate of their customers. Website says Camp Hill office open til 5:00. Voice mail says open til 5:00. When in reality they close at 4:00 P.M.

Eric L5The lady in the office (Donna?) is so friendly and helpful i drive out of my way to go to this branch instead of the other one on St Johns (they're slow).
