If I could give this back zero stars I would. The staff is extremely rude and very hard to work with. My husband and I went to close our account and the person helping us stated we could get a cashiers check but then refused to print it. We had to wait 20 minutes at the teller line to get our money. We also had a maintence fee that was supposed to be taken off. When I told the woman to refund the fee she said "oops I already closed the account, sorry." Even though I reminded her twice about this prior to closing the account. The customer service is horrendous and this bank is a joke. Do NOT do business with them. I've also had this experience at other branches, not just the Brookneal one.

They have been closed 2 weeks now. It's a major inconvenience to have to go 30 minutes out of my way just to get a check deposited so I can pay Bill's.
