Joni House1I have had nothing but trouble since it has switched to Trust. I still currently have no cards to my accounts. They have blocked every card they have issued me. I've been to the bank and on the phone with them multiple times. They also will not update my address, because they are saying that my phone number has a different last name?? What? It's my same number I've had for years and is on my accounts for years now. I feel they have no idea wth they are doing at this bank! I will be switching banks! I'm not going to bank somewhere I can't have access to my money and have to jump through a million hoops and still can't get a card. I recommend going to a different bank and not waste your time banking here.

s b1I have been with BB&t for several years. I remained a customer with BB&t because of their service. They were always friendly and willing to help. The blonde teller at this branch, was the rudest teller I have ever encountered in many years of doing banking with BB&t. This branch closes early constantly and does not post when they might be closing. I sure hope BB&t fixes the problem at this branch, because I like BB&t.

Sheila Lozon1I loved Bank of Louisville and BB&T. This place is an epic disappointment. No one knows anything, and their corporate people are just as bad. I asked for foreign currency and they just started at me like I had a second head. "We don't know how, sorry." After 30 minutes on the line with the corporate number, I got an actual human who told me I had to order it at my local branch. Wow- that was helpful! I told them my experience no less than an hour earlier and after waiting on hold, got a number for a Louisville office that could help me. Called them- the one person who knows how to do that is on vacation. Uselss

Mallory Katz5I could not find one person in the UNITED STATES who would help me at a Truist Bank verify a cashier's/official check and they won't do it at the main number. Denise Veasley in Indiana not only answered the phone (most branches didn't), she also gave me some midwestern love by helping me help a customer's car dream come true. Thank you, Denise!

Tayla Shoultz1This is the slowest bank I've ever been to in my life, Not to mention they randomly close and it is near impossible to get your turn to complete your transaction. I literally just need to deposit checks and I have been setting in the drive-thru for 35 minutes. They have waited on four vehicles

Dennis Hester SPHR1Past 2 times I drove here to use the drive throu after hours, it was closed. First time it had a maintenance screen and just now it says "withdrawal unavailable". Withdrawal needed, this is why I drove to here from Jeffersonville because the Jeffersonville Branch closed due to incompetence.

Rere Taylor1I don't know who these new girls are that they are hiring but they are running business away. I just left from there and the older blonde couldn't have been more rude. I've been with this bank for 14 years and I am about to take my accounts to PNC. Keep it up ladies and this branch will close as well. Edit: 6/25/21 another "great" experience today. Pulled into drive thru.. sent the canister. Waited 5 minutes, canister came back. Yes my transaction was complete but nobody greeted me, nobody asked if that was all I needed. Where has the customer service gone!? The only saving grace is the guy who works the window. If he isn't there or is busy, do not expect good service.

Jamie Lea2This bank does not follow their posted hours or normal banking hours. They close on a whim. There has been multiple times that I have came to bank and they have been closed in the middle of the day.
