  Truist neglected to send me a new card after the merger was complete. So I went to this branch to request a new card and I was told my old card would work until I received the new card in 36 hours. I tried to go shopping and put gas in my car later that night and BOOM 💥 card declined. My card was deactivated by the teller. All that after I specifically asked if my card would be affected. Incompetent employees irk my nerves so bad. I'm pulling all my money out of this bank in the morning.

  The most incompetent employees ever. The teller deactivated my atm card without my knowledge and had one mailed to me. Meanwhile I don't have access to my money for food or gas. I am so livid that I'm closing the account. The Truis merger has been a nightmare.

  A black gentleman teller that sits to the left deactivated my card without my knowledge. I'm closing my account. I don't have any money and was stranded on the side of the street because I couldn't put gas in my car.

  Such incompetent employees at this branch. They deactivated my card and mailed me another one. So now I'm without a card for 36 hours. I'm going to that bank to get the tellers info tomorrow and filing a complaint against him.

  The hours advertised are wrong. As it is five-ish now and their hours inside say they close at seven. The atm doesn’t work for deposits. It can count the cash just fine but it can’t deposit it. Last time I was here, about a month ago, I waited in line to deposit my cash since the atm wasn’t working then either. When I did, I was instructed to try the atm, when I told the lady what occurred, she tried, atm failed to do its job, then we could initiate the deposit in person (for what the line is for). The lady continuously tried to reassure me the next time I came in the atm would be working properly. I decided against complaining that day. Today it is still not working. The hours they’re advertising, literally outside the teller are either wrong or the employees are skimping out of working for an extra two hours. Service the first time wasn’t good enough for me to allow more chances, but this location would be more convenient for me, if every time I entered I didn’t have to waste time with this Suntrust atm or it’s employees.

  Horrible personal, slow and to busy talking with each other than taking care of customers. Went in to cash one of my company checks for cash to deposit into another company account and said unable to. I had ID showing that I was the busy owner on both company accounts. Between 2 companies and my boys college accounts, total of 8. Thinking of going to another bank. Shame, been with SunTrust for over 15 years.

  Went into this bank to get a cashiers check. Women behind the counter got it wrong and had to redo the check. Also was going to charge me a fee for it. I have never been charged for a cashiers check. Was told my account was out of date and male person working with her when he told me my account was out of date and I needed to change it. When I told him no he got an attitude with me . They were both very unprofessional. Won't be going back to them even if they are 5 minutes from my house.

  Clinton Rush refused to cash a check for one of my employees and refused to acknowledge my ID when I was even there in person myself to verify!
