  Since the merge with Truist, I’ve had nothing but issues. Can’t you get things in order? You even have my contact information wrong. You send a password code to my job instead of my phone number.

  Will you guys get a new ATM machine already? Three times I came to this ATM Weeks apart and there was somebody working on it.! What are the odds of that happening? Get a new ATM machine already. Edit: this is the 4th time I came to this ATM now and there is someone working on it! Unreal! Edit: I politely explained to the teller lady that this machine is never working and it's my 4th time here. She knew they were having issues and we're working to correct. I was given a voucher for my inconvenience. Good gosh, I'm hoping the next time I come over here this machine is working..

  Happy to have a great B B & T Bank in our valley. From the competent tellers and manager, they are always there to help with a friendly smile, which always makes you feel welcome and important.   This is a great bank with a wide variety of personal and business services that give rise to their good customer service. Always greeted with a friendly " Welcome to BB&T." Also, while traveling around PA it's nice to have BB&T branches in almost every region. Online Banking is TOP NOTCH!
