      Truist is the worst bank you could ever hope to deal with their corporate purposefully sends me monthly statements late for the last 7 months since they bought out suntrust. even worse I keep posting reviews like these and they keep taking them down. Well buckle up censors your going to be very very busy. Do not use this bank I will pay you not to use this bank.

      The employees at this bank are SO helpful. I have called a few times over that several years with some slightly complicated issues and they graciously helped me resolve them. Whenever I go into the bank or the drive thru they are kind. They ask about our family and if my son is with me they offer him a lollipop.

      Kimberly, Kimberly! Should take her Attitude out of BB&T and realize that her attitude has no place within BB&T. Sadly the bank has hired a very Uneducated person that cleary doesn't know nothing besides giving attitudes away... I wasn't gonna tolerate that attitude, so fight back when you can, Haha! I Sure am going to Call and have her reported...clearly acted like a Child from Pre-school, Most certainly not her age...Sadly.

      We have a business account and should be allowed a limited supply of coinage. We were refused multiple times at this branch. We had to go to another branch and were taken care of and given coinage. This branch needs some training on so many levels.
