Thanks Erika for an excellent customer service that will keep people coming over and over again, you rock !! Great atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Good choice Truist bank selecting your team.   I wish I could have given 0 stars. This place is the worst. Unorganized at its finest. They take NO accountability for their mess ups. Very unprofessional. The list can go on. But it’s unfortunate that anyone should have to spend 2 hours every visit just to withdrawal money. Disgusting to say the least

  Probably one of the slowest bank I’ve been to. The line in the lobby wraps around the circle. The teller takes their time. Average about 20 min on each customer. Super slow. Only two teller and two in office.

  We waste enough time inside as it is, can you guys at least check the ATM cause %80 of the time Deposit isn't available. And that's for most Truist locations around.

  I liked it better when they were at the old location here lately the customer service is nonexistent I was on hold for an hour finally hung up tried calling back can’t get through to anybody

  Nice people that work at this bank, I miss the old location though. It was a lot more convenient to get in and out of. Im giving 3 stars because Suntrust as a company SUCKS! Within the past 2 months it seems like the mobile banking app has been unusable 90% or more of the times I've tried and sometimes I can't even check my accounts on the actual website. Would recommend they hire some tech people who have a clue and wouldn't recommend banking with SunTrust as of lately! I've heavily considered switching banks recently and not having the time to do so is all that's stopped me.

  I wasn’t planning on going to this branch as the reviews wasn’t very complementary of the staff but as fate would have it my GPS brought me to this location as I’m visiting my son. The staff was excellent and I told them of the negative reviews but they are in a new building and are now fully staffed . I’m so happy I did come here as an out of state visitor I’m please to be able to continue saying “I’ve never been to a bad unfriendly or unprofessional SunTrust Bank” Thank you SunTrust . Denise

  There Atm glitched and took 1200 dollars from me. It took them over a week to put the money back in my account. Then two weeks later without warning they just decided to take a 100 out of my account. If you walk into a suntrust you never have to stand in line (which is good in some senses, but it also make you realize that they are an awful bank, because no one uses them) They cut corners to save money because they have struggled ever since the big mergers. The atm that glitched and took my money was less than 3 months old. Suntrust uses cheap atms because they cant afford any better. Id bet they are out of the personal banking business within the next 24 months

  A very elderly Caucasian woman teller with glasses was very rude and condescending; very insensitive to the service I needed. She laughed at me when I explained the situation.

  I have been banking with Suntrust for many many years. Whether it was the old location or this new location and staff coming and going, I have received consistent knowledgable and friendly service. This branch is fantastic.
