Christopher Hilley5This branch is always helpful, and easy to get in and out. Their banker that I usually bank with, Alex Horta is absolutely amazing and helpful with all of my questions.

Shane Strickland1Pull up to nobody in the drive thru and I have been waiting for eleven minutes for the teller to process. Another slow experience with this bank and it's tellers.

Indiangurl Queen1Untrustworthy, unknowledgeable of basic banking investments policy and procedures, longer wait times, unfair treatment of certain race of clients, intentionally misinform clients of general account information.

Weslee Sewell2This bank is the only bank I’ve ever had a account with since I was a teenager. It was Colonial Bank then and it was absolutely perfect. It was bought out by BB&T and things started going down hill, but was still ok. Now that BB&T and SunTrust has merged it seems like it’s gotten even worse. It’s been horrible lately and the fact the drive through is only open makes things long and drawed out.

Brandon Mays1Worst customer service ever. None of the tellers smile or display welcoming attitude. There’s always longer holds on checks at this location. Transactions takes forever. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS LOCATION

Natalie Gonzalez5Great customer service, I’m so happy to be with BB&T!!! Mr Asfa was beyond helpful the day I went in to sing up with BB&T. He answered and helped me with each concern I had. I really appreciate all the help I was provided, thank you very much...

Arkitha Pinner1This was my first any only bank that I have banked with since I was teenager, I am an adult now and I have a home mortgage with Wells Fargo, I an a first time home owner and I received a lost draft insurance check which I deposited into my savings account , this happen in November 2018 and the bank is still holding my funds in a administrative hold when asked if they would provide me a certified copy of the check so I can get it sign by Wells Fargo who also hold interest on my property (at wells Fargo request) they said they no longer have the check , basically all I am told by BBT bank is to contact the bank who issued the check and the bank is saying the check has been cashed, absolutely no customer service to resolve this matter by the Bank that I have been with for over 20 years
