  I had to withdraw money today 01/03/21 and something was wrong with the ATM. It did not give me the option to withdraw cash a prompt came up asking if I wanted fast cash I selected the amount and nothing. Needless to say this location needs to look into that and fix the issue.

  Mr. Luis O.Castro He made a mistake writing my name even after telling him that he wrote it wrong. If he is not able to copy a name from ID’s and type how the hell am going to trust you on my money ?! He kept calling me San, Hispanics have a problem pronouncing M letter thats fine but don’t write your problems on my papers. Thanks God I left Miami.

  Indian Teller so horrible . Didn't let me pay of my credit card. When other two before did a few months earlier. Never going their again . One on 152 is better.

  Horrible only one Teller manager ignores people on line the tellers are very polite and nice better management customers time is valuable manager needs to be aware

  Lousy for business accounts I do not recommend them Banking in Libya solves nothing 2 weeks and no supervisor solves anything

  The new way of accessing the property is horrible I do not understand why you cannot enter the premises if other banks do so despite the new protocols this is desperate I'm sorry I'm frustrated
