Steve odom1This Bank no longer operates like SunTrust. Calling customer service is really frustrating and usually you have one hour wait time. If you are lucky enough to get a representative they over promise and under-deliver. Excessive maintenance fees on checking accounts. Don't waste your time with this Bank. On a positive note the employees are very courteous.

Gordon Dowis1This particular branch, Chad and the two new tellers are probably the most unprofessional customer service you could experience or expect to handle your business. A teller should never tell a customer I don’t know and if you do, it should be followed with give me a second and I will get you the CORRECT answer. Also, a branch manager should probably know the whole situation and acknowledge the customers that makes sure he continues to have a job before listening to his employee who obviously didn’t tell him the whole story. Owning a company and having my personal banking and business banking done here this experience has finally made me switch to another bank after 22 years.

Alberto Tammy5This Suntrust branch is by far THE BEST branch that I have ever been to. I have been banking with them for 8 years and have dealt with many branches in that time period. The people at this location are wonderful. Huge shoutout to Tabitha! She has been so pleasant and helpful... always with a smile on her face.

Mattie Walter2I typically go to the big SunTrust on 41 but was in the area so I decided to stop by this one to make a deposit. For starters, clients are supposed to fill out deposit/ withdrawal slips before approaching the counter - common courtesy. I filled out my slip and was first in line but stood there for 15 min with two tellers; if people do not have their slips filled out they need to be redirected to do so. I eventually left and won't return to this branch

Deb Galloway5I came in with a very complicated situation expecting it to be stressful and unpleasant. While it was difficult, I received great help and they made it as pleasant as was possible. Great, friendly and knowledgeable people! Thank you.
