  Slowest drive-through tellers I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve gone multiple times throughout the week and it seems like it gets slower and slower and slower

  Went inside to teller to cash a check that was written from BB&T. Teller informed me there is an $8 FEE for cashing THEIR OWN check because I do not have any accounts with them. Then she asked what bank I use and that they would love to have me close my account with my current bank and open one with them. I almost laughed out loud. Interesting way to solicite new customers, by charging them to cash their own check.

  They shut your card off then say there is no issue. Then they hold your money hostage

  Wish I could give “0” stars! Family member has a concern and the lady could not help... said she’d contact him but never did. This bank drops the ball on “follow through “ for customer service and safety of money! Maybe after this review they will call and discuss the the concern of 1) missing money 2) not finishing paper work that should have been complete 3) customer service that cares about their clients

  This Bank has always met my needs.Patty is very knowledgeable and helpful.Lost my debit card and had to wait over a week for a new one but other than that service has been good

  Opened a new account here with a promotion, and was and am happy with the service I receive(d). I met the conditions for the promotion and they honored it, and am very happy with BBT's account feature where they will refuse a card transaction if there are insufficient funds instead of you getting an NSF with fees. Patricia was very thorough in explaining the services available and I haven't had any problems since I opened it ~6 months ago. Guess the quality of people of Williamsport just sucks, both in their customers and to some extent the talent pool they draw from, ha ha ha!

  So incredibly slow and rude. As someone who has never been here before, I was treated poorly by more than one employee. They talked to me like I was an incompetent child for asking questions because I didn’t know what to do on a business deposit having never been there before. The parking lot is also an accident away from happening.

  Slowest branch ever! Stop writing have a nice day on the deposit slips when you can’t even be nice to our face! This is the slowest branch ever and these people are not friendly. If you don’t like your job or other people find a new career!

  This bank is drowning me in fees and I dont even have any debits going out. This bank will STEAL your money. Im half tempted to ignore it because any time I pay the balance is charges me another 36$. Its a joke. If you value youre hard earned money, dont use this bank. Also not military friendly at all...
