  My husband and I opened accounts with Suntrust over the weekend and everything was smooth sailing. We went into the branch to fund the accounts because we received an email that states we could come to the branch to fund. If I’m not commuting to work the closest one is 30-40 mins away. Well, we get to the Dunn branch and things took a drastic turn. I was told by a branch manager Quintin (A BRANCH MANAGER) that the accounts were closed and Suntrust doesn’t have to provide a reason. Sir, are you out of your mind? You very well do have to provide a reason for rejecting accounts and credit! He said it was in their “ banking term and conditions” 🤔 Sir, you very well have to provide the reason, otherwise credit can be declined based on race, gender, and or religion. There are laws that state you have to provide a reason.

  My wife and I weren't treated very well when we got to this place. For people who make 11K a month, I felt we were handled poorly. To tell us you closed our accounts and you're not giving a reason is obsurd! And to hand customers a bank service agreement to read as bases for a decline is asinine. SMH! STAY CLEAR! ALSO CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOT ANSWERS.

  Always excellent service when I come here. The tellers are quick and kind and the bankers truly care and help me with all my financial questions and concerns. Would highly recommend opening up your accounts here!

  Rude tellers! Be wared. I witnessed a lady walk in the door and tell one of the tellers "hello", to which she replied "you'll have to wait in line, I'm closed."

  The worst bank ever I'll never put another dollar on this bank they have been stealing my money for about a year now and always have a reason why.
