Abby Anderson1I avoid going inside of this location, but use the ATM as it's the only location on my route to and from work. The ATM regularly is also not available for the services I need to use. Whether withdrawal or even depositing a check, half the time it just isn't an available option. Will simply start going out of my way to use another location so I can avoid this location all together now.

S. Turner1If I could give less than 1 star I would. I needed to get a $20 bill broken into change. I went into the BB&T and asked for change from $20 bill. US currency. I was told, they could not give me change because I did not have an account with them. I was not asking to cash a check. I was asking them to break a $20 bill. I have gone to many banks, that I do not have an account with and they have always been kind enough to give me change. But no not BB&T. So because of their lack of customer service, I will never do business with them. I won't be opening an account with them. And I won't be getting a safety deposit box, (which I had planned to do with their back since they are the closet to my home). Find another bank. This one does not treat people very well.
