  Since merging this bank has been the worst I've ever worked with. This particular branch usually takes care of me but now things have changed. These people now act like they don't know what they are doing. All truist banks I have been to have been super slow! My advice bank somewhere else

  I come to this BBT almost everyday for work and today between 2:50 and 3:00 whoever was working the drive thru area had an attitude. It was super rude how she talked to me, and then after the fact didn't even bother saying goodbye or have a nice day or happy mother's day like I had heard her tell the other 2 cars before she got to me. If I'd had the opportunity to get her name I would be complaining to management. Poor service, dissapointed in this employee.

  I had the pleasure of meeting Reyna. She is absolutely amazing! Her customer service is 100%. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great financial institution.
