I have never had any problems with a bank as much as I have with bbt. The online banking they use are always behind on when things are posted. If you try to keep up with your balance through online it will account for many overdraft fees do to the online saying it was taken out when it really wasn't. I recieved no help in resolving my issue with this branch so I will change to another bank.

This one lady if she does not get fired I’m filing a lawsuit against her she closed an account that I had there with over $5,000 in it and all my payments are now behind refusing to give me the money and now I’m worrying about losing my home and everything there will be a lawsuit coming towards her I hope she loses her job for being so neglect

It's pretty sad when two tellers make it seem like a big deal to add JR at the end of my husband's name on checks her was purchasing. They made it seem so inconvient to do something for him that only took maybe a minute to do. Definitely needs better customer service!
